Yes, the City of Dekalb has a mandatory crime-free addendum that all tenants are required to sign and abide by. This is included with the standard Lease. A copy of the lease can be found HERE

If there is a good fit, HPI will provide a link to fill out an application and conduct a background check. There is a $40 fee to apply for the Credit and Background Check done by a third party not affiliated with HPI. This is mandatory for HPI to consider the application.
